When we walk barefoot ,almost  we put  pressure on the first, second and third toes .these toes are directly connected to our eye sight .It reflexology the pressure point for the eye. when help to improve eye sight . It also help to maintain our body healthy and fresh.At morning  , their is fresh air.when we inhale it so our organ will work properly .
