Sport!! the best for bodyfitness!

Not all sports are created equal. Some do more damage than good. … inefficiencies, inconsistencies and injury risks than the pursuit of fitness.So you have to be careful while playing sport .Play those sport which suits you.Like i don,t know how to play cricket so i start playing cricket .so it risk to play .Because i don,t know how to play it.so be careful about that.

 

 

 

some sports require a great level of fitness just to start.like we are having  jump rope .It seems easy to do but can,t do.I think this is one of  safest sports in the world.We are also having other safest  sport . like swimming ,walking, pedaling, and so on.
