Exercise!the best thing for bodyfitness !!!

Do you know exercise is good for us , but do you know how good? Exercise  can helps us to  prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When we  engage in physical activity,we burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories we  burn. We don’t need to set aside large chunks of time for exercise to reap weight-loss benefits .When are are doing exercise daily so we are having less risk  of heart disease .And we are also safe from cancer .

 

 

Firstly it seems difficult to do exercise .After some time it seems very easy to do .so when are doing regular so it increase our chances of living longer. The main key is for you to exercise daily. your body will be strong ,and its  look  beautiful too.
